Casa Verde , The Green House, is a family house built in 1920 by my grandfather, with some transformations throughout the generations. It is located on the main street of Paruzzaro, on a plot of approximately 3000sqm. My name is Graziella and with my husband Antonio we live in the house next door, the old barn transformed 30 years ago.

Three top 18 holes courses are 15 minutes from Casa Verde and three others around 30 minutes drive.
Also a few 9 holes around and not to miss including the Alpino di Stresa old course followed by a stunning view road down to Stresa.

Paruzzaro hosts a pharmacy and a small grocery. At Oleggio Castello, a 5 minutes drive, you'll find two small supermarkets, a bakery and a "gelateria"... ....and in Arona, a 4km or 10 minutes drive, all amenities you may need.
