Casa Verde
Is a house of 1920, having undergone some transformations over the years. An electric gate, a large parking and an entrance, after a few steps, which leads to the staircase accessing the floors, the bathroom / WC on the ground floor, and the vestibule. From the latter one goes left to the SAM / Kitchen and right to the salons. The living room opens onto a small veranda. Half way to the first floor , the second bathroom / WC and then the first two bedrooms 1 and 2. On the second floor, served by an old wooden staircase, there are two bedrooms 3 and 4 and a small bathroom / WC. In the basement, one of the rooms contains teh washing machine. The original entrance that faced the main street is no longer used. The house has been totally equipped with windows "soundproof double glazing" which offers an excellent sound comfort.
Furnished with two armchairs and two sofas, the living room opens towards a small veranda with coffee table and garden chairs.
One sofa and two armchairs. The entrance corridor serves on one side the kitchen/dining room and on the other,the TV lounge and the living room.
Kitchen / Dining Room. Tabel can accomodate up to 10.
Refrigerator, freezer, cooking table 5 gas burners, double sink, oven and microwave. Numerous tidying up and utensils.
Few steps down, Fully equiped Shower Room and WC.
First Floor. Large Parents Bedroom. One Queen Bed.
First Floor second Bedroom. Queen bed.
Fully equiped Shower room and WC. Half way between ground and first floor.
Second floor. Double bed.
Second floor. Small shower room with basin and WC.Shared by room 3 & 4.
